In 2010 the Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Art Gallery, Exeter acquired a large tapestry "Fields and Village on the Nile" by Mahrous Abdou.
 The Ramses Wissa Wassef Exhibition Trust is happy to have been able to assist with a contribution towards the purchase which has also been supported by Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Art Gallery Friends, a private donation, The Art Fund and The Victoria & Albert Purchase Grant Fund.
