The Ramses Wissa Wassef Art Centre has been invited to take part in Woolfest 2008. This will be an opportunity to view and to buy a small number of new, second-generation, wool tapestries and cotton weavings and to attend a lecture about the Ramses Wissa Wassef Art Centre to be given by Hilary Weir OBE.

Lecture by Hilary Weir "An Experiment in Creativity. Half a century of tapestry weaving at the Ramses Wissa Wassef Art Centre, Egypt" will take place on Saturday, 28th June 2008, 12.30 – 1.30pm. Bookings for the lecture open 1st March 2008. Contacts as above.
